Shipping Information
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window: 5 days from delivery date
Eligible Items: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, personalized products, and items marked as non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email boyonuhscollections@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship item back using provided instructions
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Exchanges: We gladly exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
